inglewood

Inglewood is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Calgary and a great place to snap a few frames. I took a short walk there a few days ago and rattled off a roll of film.

Nice to see some film shots Heath! Nice work.

Great shots. Being a motorcycle rider, I have a natural leaning towards all things motorcycle which explains why I love the Harley sign

Nice shots. It great to see images shots on film

fernandes family

I met Simon and Megan through the co-ed soccer team that my wife and I play on a few years ago. They are truly two of the nicest people I know, and I’m glad to be able to number them among my friends. Just over a year ago they welcomed their ridiculously cute son, Savio into the world and I was more than happy to shoot some portraits for them a couple of weeks ago.

Autumn is just so darned beautiful.

These are beautiful, Heath. I love you played with wide spaces.

Wonderful work, Heath!

Jesse Pafundi - October 9, 2012 - 12:35 pm

Gorgeous setting. Love the mood to these frames. The 85 leaf shot is wondrous.

Mike Olbinski - October 9, 2012 - 2:04 pm

So good dude…deep leaves FTW :)

Love the one of them next to the lake.

Also, I hate you and you know what :)

Brian Furbush - October 9, 2012 - 6:49 pm

Dude, these are so rad, as is the light. And Savio is thug life in the third frame, I love it.

Chris DeAngelis - October 9, 2012 - 7:52 pm

Love these. What an awesome place for a shoot.
Cute kid. Sick light. Rocked it!

ellis family

It’s always great to re-connect with old friends – and seeing the Ellis’ a couple of weeks ago was no exception. We totally lucked out with the weather and had a fun evening walking around Fish Creek Park.

Jesse Pafundi - October 4, 2012 - 8:58 am

Rock eating FTW. Great sesh, dude.

Henry Gomez - October 15, 2012 - 5:16 pm

Those are great photos!! Well captured moments.

Lily

Here are a few frames from a family session I shot a couple of weeks ago in Stanley Park here in Calgary. I’d forgotten how beautiful that area was and of course it helped that we had some gorgeous light.

Oh, and Lily is pretty cute, too 😉

Rick Louie - September 25, 2012 - 8:07 am

Adorable! Wonderful session!

Jesse Pafundi - September 25, 2012 - 8:18 am

Amazing sesh, dude. That light is to die for and all the kiddo portrait shots are fantastic.

85!

Mike Olbinski - September 25, 2012 - 12:04 pm

So nice dude. Love that one of her looking back and the parents looking away on the bleachers. The rest rock too. Sweeeet!

Brian Furbush - September 26, 2012 - 5:53 am

Great session dude, and an adorable kid doesn’t hurt either.

Navin Harish - October 3, 2012 - 7:58 am

Really cute

The Little One

Remember #FilmFriday? Yeah, me neither 😉

Anyway – here’s a frame of the youngster on Portra 400. A little bit of cuteness to get your weekend started.

Brian Furbush - September 21, 2012 - 9:28 am

Adorbs.

Jesse Pafundi - September 21, 2012 - 12:42 pm
