Another shot from Marble Canyon today…but this time at the other end of the chasm. Tokumm Creek exits the deep canyon just to camera left, makes a 90 degree turn and continues its flow downstream. I spent a good 30 minutes at this location making long exposures and just enjoying the scenery.

Beautiful scene…love how you framed it.
Love the vertical framing in this shot and how the log leads you eye down stream. Well done!
Exactly what Mike said. Love the scene and the depth it portrays. Nice work!
That water is stunning!
Beautiful scene and capture Heath!
Man this is a killer shot for sure, I love the use of the wide angle, stunning details, the processing is pure perfection
Beautiful! Love the rock and log leading into the stream. The water is sick!
There’s so much to love in this shot! Great foreground, smooth water, and the lovely view in the background.
Just fantastic heath…great image!
Great shot Heath! Love that log that’s hanging over the edge of the cliff further down.
Love this one dude! Great framing and another epic long exposure.
Beautiful shot man. Nice foreground, background, focus, exposure. Really like this one man.
Wow that is just awesome! the scene is absolutely perfect and very crisp. well done!
Wow Heath this a beautiful shot. The comp is perfect with the mountains in the back.
Absolutely brilliant image Heath. Unfortunately, your title reminded me of that “knot on the log in the whole in the bottom of the sea” song, so I’m going to have that stuck in my head all day…
This looks like a book cover. I love the way the water fades into the pebbly shore line. Sweet.
Beautiful warm/cool tone contrast Heath. Love the gradual lead from shallow to deeper water and the mystery of what lies downstream.
wow Heath that is a stunner! great shot
Outstanding composition, Heath! Love it!
Stunning composition, Heath! I really dig the alignment of elements; how the “V” wedge of the boulder mirrors a similar shape in the beautiful lake. Outstanding work, my friend.
Without a doubt my favorite of yours Heath. Gorgeous color and treatment.
Dude. Get out of here with this. Composition and colors are outstanding.
