These weeks just keep blowing by – I can’t believe we’re back at #FilmFriday again. Since last week, I’ve been doing a bit of experimentation with my new (to me) Canon Elan 7…mostly with my 50 1.4 lens. The results have been hit and miss so far, but it just means I need to do a bit more testing and experimentation with different settings and film. I have a few keepers from a brief walk in downtown Calgary – one of which you see below.
Hope you all have a great weekend!
– Canon Elan 7
– Canon 50mm f/1.4
– Kodak Gold 200

I like how you put the focal point up top, and that the line in the pavement leads you right up the shot. Looks to me like your rocking the film camera rather well 🙂
Nice dude. Like it.
Love the perspective and focus Heath. Well done.
Like the grunge feel. And nice DOF work.
I actually like this shot a lot!
Are you able to get the eye controlled focus to work on that camera?
I love the POV/DOF.
