Alberta Bound

This is arguably the most random smattering of images I’ve ever posted together. And I kinda like it.

I spent a good amount of time in 2011 travelling to various places around my home province of Alberta, and this is a small sampling of images from a few of my fave locations. Enjoy the randomness.

All are good, but I love the first and last images! Great stuff Heath!

Dayummmm. Sweet frames broski. Love how you dropped in that wiener shot for good measure.

Brian Furbush - February 23, 2012 - 7:28 am

Hey – you’re good at taking pictures, welcome back. Love the waterfall shots, as well as the epic wide-angle shot with the house on the right.

I remember those scenes from Two Jack. Mine didn’t come out near as nice or at least I past over them the first time. I probably need to take 2nd look at the images. You live in a beautiful place!

I love ‘em all…that old car was sweet!

Chris DeAngelis - February 23, 2012 - 8:02 am

Love the LE work and those house ones are just epic! Great processing!

Rich Williams - February 23, 2012 - 8:07 am

Damn, Heath! The waterfall shots are true standouts, but I love ‘em all.

Chris Nitz - February 23, 2012 - 8:41 am

DAAAAAMN! Rocking frames and that old Saab shot is off the chain. You should do this more often ;)

Chris Frailey - February 23, 2012 - 8:44 am

Good stuff Heath. The comp in the first one is pretty sweet.

Adam Olson - February 23, 2012 - 8:52 am

Nice shots Heath! That first image is stunning! I like the randomness, so many good images.

That one shot with the house on the hill is the winner.

Wonderful series of images Heath. The first is my favorite.

Lovely shots. Though u did indicate it is random, it kind of had a flow, started with blue, few b&w, long exposures, night shots and ending with a blue shot again, Awesome series.

Nice varied set – but the first and the last really grab my attention – the sort of view that says to me – gotta get up there and see the view from high

Forgive me if I’m wrong but were these shot on film? Some of the photos just have that film quality about them which I love! The colours to me just seem a lot like film! If it’s digital and photo shopping then good work! The bottom four images are just great!
