So, if you’re ever in Calgary and are looking for a gorgeous spot for a photo sesh, look no further than The Reader Rock Garden. This place is UNREAL. I knew it existed and have driven past it countless times but had never been in until this past Sunday. Huge kudos to Richard for the suggestion!

There’s not much I can say about these two that isn’t evident in the photos below. They’re SO much fun and are completely in love with each other. Can’t wait to shoot their wedding later this summer

Bonni and John are amazing. Period.

They’ve got to be the most fun-loving couple I’ve ever worked with, and the way they attack life and love is truly inspiring. The time we spent making these photographs over the weekend felt more like hanging out with old friends than photographing new acquaintances – and that makes me smile.

Oh, and their three dogs are pretty cool, too

I couldn’t have been luckier to photograph Rea and Chad and their awesome pup Gus a couple of weeks ago. They’re such a fun couple and we had an absolute blast shooting in Confederation Park in Calgary.

The love they have for each other (and their dog) is easy to see.

This past Friday I had the pleasure of shooting an engagement session for one of my longest standing friends here in Calgary. I’ve known Fraser since we were both in elementary school and we’ve remained close ever since. A while back I promised them a photoshoot, and although it’s getting a bit late now (they’re getting married in two weeks!), I figured it’s better late than never. I had an absolute blast shooting these two and I hope you enjoy viewing these images as much as I enjoyed shooting them.
