Last night I decided to back through the shots I took during my brief time with the Canon 17mm tilt/shift lens. Most of the good shots I’ve already shared, but I did come across this shot of a stairway in the Jamieson Place building that I hadn’t shared yet. I really think the lens tilt in this shot helps guide your eye from the top of the stairs all the way to the bottom.
It totally does help lead the eye! Great shot, Heath!
Great use of focus keeping that handrail tack sharp. Love it.
Love the processing, Heath. Very nice, muted tones.
You had me at “Stairs”.
My favorite lens of all time! I love the blur hits half the staircase diagonally all the way down. Sweet!
Ha this one gives me vertigo with the cool angle. Nice job Heath
Great composition, and the tilt shift lens works really well. The stairs look incredibly steep!
Fantastic image Heath! Love the perspective and the processing.
Ooh, cool shot. Great processing!
Nice PP in what may otherwise be a boring shot; the stairs look a little steep, and as if they don’t end.
Awesome view point. Love the focus down the stairs!
What Brian said – lovely muted tones and you’re rocking that TS lens!
