Heath OFeeA bit of a cheat post today since I’m not showcasing any of my own photos. Instead I’m sharing a little taste of our wedding shots from Mexico!
As a photographer, I was definitely concerned about our wedding photos. I knew I wanted to have somebody there I could trust, but also knew that would be pretty difficult considering the destination wedding we planned. So, unsure of what his answer would be, I asked my photog buddy, Tye Carson, if he would be up for a trip to Mexico to shoot our wedding. Luckily, he said yes…and instantly my mind was at ease.
Tye is one of those guys who just has a knack for shooting people, a gift that I wish I had. He is a lover of fast primes (I think our entire wedding was shot no narrower than f/2.0) and tilt/shift portraits, and I can’t thank him enough for the amazing job he did for us. He was nice enough to send us a teaser slideshow last week before our album was finished, and he gave me permission to show it to all of you here.
